Air Conditioning & Mechanical Services Installation

For a leading commercial property developer, we have completed the installation of air conditioning and mechanical services to three floors of a prestigious office building in Coleshill, Birmingham.

Our works included the design, supply, installation and commissioning of air conditioning, fresh air input system to the building, high efficiency boiler to provide heating to circulation spaces, hot water calorifier supplying WC's and vending points and over door heater.

• We have completed the contract to supply, install and commission a large clean room air conditioning and ventilation system to a pharmaceutical distribution and manufacturing company in Luton.
• We have been awarded a further 12 month contract to undertake the air conditioning service and maintenance for a national logistics company's offices in Birmingham, Leicester and Slough. 
• We have commenced the contract to supply, install and commission heat recovery ventilation for a university in Coventry.
• We have completed the contract to refurbish a clean room facility to Class 1,000 Federal Standard for a Defence Contractor.
• We have completed the contract to supply and install a theatre ventilation and filtration system and office air conditioning for a consultant ophthalmologist based in Manchester.
• We have completed the contract to supply and install an air handling unit in an existing clean room for a fibre manufacturer based in Coventry.
• Following the award of the maintenance contract for an office building in Wokingham, we have completed a major overhaul of the existing heating, air conditioning and ventilation systems.
• We have commenced the contract to design, supply and install a Building Management System (BMS) up-grade for a major IT based organisation.
• We have commenced the installation of a high efficiency filtration system to a new treatment facility in Nottingham.
• We have commenced the contract to supply and install air conditioning and carry out electrical modifications to the server room of a Midands based logistics company.
• We have commenced the contract to supply,install and construct a 120sq metre controlled environment for medical product supplier in Wellingborough.
