New Energy Efficient Heat Recovery VRF Comfort Cooling and Heating System

Project objective: Working as part of a selected team for a Midlands based property developer, we were engaged to assist with a substantial refurbishment of St. Georges House, Wolverhampton, a grade A standard office space.

The process: We were appointed to design and install a new energy efficient VRF heat recovery comfort cooling and heating air conditioning system and fresh air systems to the building. After extensive surveying of the areas, we worked with our client  to finalise a design that would ensure an efficient air flow through the offices with attention given to the routing of services through and out of the building.

Results: Working closely with our client and the successful installation of the new air conditioning systems, our client has benefited from:-
