At Airology, we offer an all-round validation and maintenance service which is catered to your cleanroom facility. We will look at several factors, such as your cleanroom classification, industry requirements and operational needs before providing you with the ideal solution. Our maintenance and validation services include:

Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM): Scheduled maintenance services at agreed points in order to check for performance issues, wear and tear or any other discrepancies or issues which could lead to downtime or failure. The idea of PPM is to extend the lifespan of your cleanroom facility and equipment.
Repairs and Replacement: Repairing or replacing any critical faults within the cleanroom facility, including equipment and systems, doors, seals and damaged panels.
HVAC System Inspection & Service: Servicing and maintenance of the HVAC system entirely, including inspection of the air handling units, ductwork, fans and controls.
Monitoring Equipment: Ensuring all equipment responsible for monitoring temperature, humidity and differential pressure operates correctly and accurately.
